1 pack Pulled Oats® Ginger or Nude
1 garlic clove
2 cm fresh ginger
100 g baby corn
150 g bok choy
100 g sugar snaps
150 ml sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 lime juice
150 ml Teriyaki sauce
150 ml Sweet chili sauce
250 g egg noodles
- Cube garlic clove, onion and ginger. Fry with sesame oil until golden.
- Slice carrot, paprika and half baby corns. Add carrot, paprika, baby corn, sugar snaps and sesame seeds into frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Pulled Oats®, teriyaki sauce and sweet chili sauce. Fry another 2 minutes.
- Add egg noodles, bok choy and lime juice. Mix all well.
Garnish with fresh parsley & coriander.
