Mediterranean Burger

Ingredients

1 pack Pulled Oats® Nude
Olive oil
1 egg (optional w/o add ½ dl water and 1 tbsp chia seeds)
1 pack dry onion soup
100 g bread crumbs
1 dl barbecue sauce
200 g feta (vegan)

4 burger buns
1 red onion
2 tomatoes
Crispy lettuce leaves

Sauce:
1 dl Greek yoghurt (vegan)
½ dl mayonnaise (vegan)
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1/3 cucumber
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix Pulled Oats®, egg, dry onion soup, bread crumbs, bbq-sauce and olive oil. Add crumbled feta and mix well with your hands until it is like a dough.
  2. Make 4 paddies. Fry for 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.
  3. Dice cucumber and fresh mint. Mix with yoghurt, mayonnaise, lime juice and salt.
  4. Dice red onion, tomatoes and lettuce leaves. In pan or oven warm up burger buns.

Build the burger. Serve with salad or fries.
