Macaroni Gratin

Can a more classical homely fare exist? This all-time favorite dish tastes to everybody regardless of the age. With this recipe, it is also easy to fool the most convinced carnivores!

1 pack Pulled Oats® Monday or Nude
400 g macaroni
50 g butter (vegan)
330 ml cream (vegan)
(2 eggs)
1 onion
2 tbsp thyme
½ tsp black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
1 veg stock cube
150 g grated cheese (vegan)


  1. Cook macaronis.
  2. Chop onion. In pan gently melt butter. Add onion and thyme and fry until golden. Add Pulled Oats®, nutmeg and black pepper. Fry for 1-2 min.
  3. Add cream and stock cube. Take off heat and add macaroni. Mix well.
  4. Mix in eggs and ½ of cheese.
  5. Place mixture in casserole and top with cheese.
  6. Cook in oven at 175C for 30-40 min
